The Woodland Real Estate Data Series examines MLS data for the Woodland residential housing market. In this post I examine the sold activity for the month of January 2013. The table below displays the number of sold units, average list price, average sold price, average days on market, average square footage, and average square foot price, by area.
The City of Woodland had a total of 28 sold units in January 2013. North West Woodland had six sold units, the highest in all of Woodland. The average list price for Woodland is $264,910. Wildwings subdivision had the highest average listing price, while North West Woodland had the lowest average listing price. The same it true for average sold price as with average list price. The average days on market for Woodland is 51 days. Central, West, and North Central Woodland had the highest number of average days on market; Wildwings subdivision had the least with 32 days on the market. The average home size for Woodland is 2,132 square feet. Wildwings subdivision had the largest average home size, while North West Woodland had the smallest average home size. Finally, the average price per square foot for Woodland is $121. West and East Woodland had the highest average per square foot price, while North Central and East Woodland had the lowest average per square foot price.
